Siobhan Doyle, Wetherby

About Me

My name is Siobhan Doyle. I have worked within education since 1997 in various roles but always with a strong and persistent interest in assisting learners with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). I am dedicated to helping those with difficulties achieve their full potential. I offer a friendly and reliable service with the aim of identifying barriers to learning. I provide practical and sensible advice and recommendations to ensure that children and young people, their parents and those working with them understand the steps that need to be taken for successful learning, progress and achievement to take place.
My Experience:
25+ years working in education as teacher, specialist dyslexia assessor and tutor, SENDCo, SEND consultant, assistant educational psychologist and education officer for a local authority.
20+ years working solely with children and young people with SEND, including those with Statements, Education, Health and Care Plans, School Support, in both mainstream and specialist provision.
In 2020, I set up my business 'Specialist Help in Education' in order to offer a range of professional services to individuals, schools, colleges and universities and workplaces. I offer a range of services and am flexible to suit the client's needs.
